Export format matches PayQuicker's own template: a tab-delimited .txt file with the header row FundingAccountPublicId, RecipientNotificationEmailAddress, RecipientCompanyAssignedUniqueKey, FirstName, LastName, RecipientUserLanguageCode, PrimaryPhoneNumber, BusinessName, ContactRole, Comment - in that order. "Mark Selected as Submitted" only updates PFN's own records; it does not contact PayQuicker.
