Registration is required to access certain features of our platform. By registering, you agree to:
Paid membership is required for Affiliate Member participation and full system access. Affiliate Membership fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis via automatic payment. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
NO REFUNDS: All membership fees and product purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to a 3-business-day right of rescission for new Affiliate Members on their first month's membership fee, excluding digital content already accessed. By registering and paying the membership fee, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances except as explicitly stated herein.
Prime Flow Network offers digital products including courses, training modules, toolkits, and templates. These are non-tangible, downloadable, or streaming-only products. Event tickets provide access to virtual, hybrid, or in-person events and are not income opportunities.
NO REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS: All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, once access is granted, no refunds will be issued, subject to any applicable 3-business-day right of rescission for new Affiliate Members on their first month's membership fee, excluding digital content already accessed. Each Affiliate Member may purchase each product only once per unique Affiliate Member ID.
Participation in our Affiliate Member program is available only to paid members. As an Affiliate Member:
Income is not guaranteed. Results depend on individual effort and activity. No typical or average earnings are represented. You should not rely on the Affiliate Member program as your primary source of income without building a sustainable business.
Prime Flow Network services are currently available only in the United States. International expansion is planned for future phases.
By registering, you agree to receive communications from Prime Flow Network via email and SMS. Double opt-in is required for marketing communications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by Prime Flow Network. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Prime Flow Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any such amendments shall become effective 14 days after notification to Affiliate Members. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with disputes resolved in Tallahassee, Florida.
